Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly and daily raw material requirement for the packhouse
- Manage the intake process to ensure only produce that meet the company set quality specification is accepted and received into the packhouse.
- Manage the storage of raw material to ensure high quality is maintained and wastes minimised.
- Manage team leaders in the various departments and ensure that their teams achieve set targets
- Enhance the capacity of team leaders through training and coaching.
- Ensure all activities in processing are carried in compliance to existing company standards.
- Ensure proper records are maintained by each team as per the required schedule.
- Ensure accurate and timely records of raw material intake and storage are always maintained.
Job Requirements
Required education: Diploma, Associate’s degree
Required relevant work experience: 5 years
Required languages: English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
