Pezesha is looking for young, hungry and curious minds to join us as they grow up their career ladders.
We are based in Nairobi, Kenya.
Don’t wait until you graduate in order to start building your career. We turn your expectations into experience. They were ready to start from somewhere. Their goal was to learn as much as possible in the early days of their career in order to remain competitive in the long term.
Pezesha has an internship program called “Ezesha your skills” targeted mainly to 4th year University students and also graduates who are looking for early stage experience to develop cutting edge skills in their career ladder. We have partnered with some local Universities such as JKUAT to empower young, hungry individuals willing to get their hands dirty and in turn get experience that counts.
When you intern with us, you are not just giving but mostly receiving value that includes but not limited to:
- Weekly mentorship from our CEO, senior management and other linkages to experts in the industry
- You gain first hand all round experience that sets you apart from the others in the ever competitive market
- You also get ownership in projects you work on with guidance from your assigned supervisor
- Once in a while we have Pizza Fridays and happy hour to mingle and network, this will shape your soft skills in a huge way besides having FREE pizza and drinks
- We provide our interns with compensation to ensure they are comfortable and productive without having to worry about the basic needs.
We are always looking for interns in the following areas, Software Engineering & Operations.
Software Engineers
- Basic programming skills (PHP or Python using a Framework e.g. CodeIgniter or Laravel or Django)
- Good in verbal and written communication, attentive to detail, willing to learn
- Educational experience in : Computer Science, Software Engineering, BBIT or an equivalent.

Operations, Quality Assurance & Administration
- Basic experience in Administration tasks
- Good in verbal and written communication, attentive to detail, willing to learn
- Educational experience in : Bcom, Business Administration, Project management or an equivalent.
- Experience in basic computer skills: Excel, word, Google docs, Drive
