How to Download Chuka University Admission Letters
Before you proceed to Download your Chuka University Admission Letter, it’s recommended to check your KUCCPS admission status on the portal.
After confirming your Chuka University Admission Status, you can then proceed to the Egerton University Admission Portal: https://portal.chuka.ac.ke to Download your Admission letter process.
Steps:
- Go to the Chuka University Admission Portal at: https://portal.chuka.ac.ke/
- Login with your Application Details, i.e. Your username and password or index number.
- Navigate to the Admission Letter section to download and print your admission letter.
NOTE: Admission Letters will be available for download on the institution’s Portal.

How do I download an admission letter?
National Schools Admission Letters 2024
- Visit the [Ministry of Education’s Website](https://www.education.go.ke/index.php/online-services/form-one-selection).
- Choose your county and sub-county, enter your index number, and click Submit.
- Click on the “admission letter” link at the bottom of the page.
Admissions are done in September, January and May of each year for full-time students; in December, April and August of each year for part-time/holiday-based/work-based students. Study modes are day, evening or week-end.
