Job Summary
We seek to hire an experienced and results-oriented individual to fill the role of a Marketing Assistant.
S/He will be responsible for contributing to brand awareness, company sales, and profitability goals through traditional marketing channels as well as new and emerging digital technologies.
S/he will also be expected to introduce agreed tested & tried global sales techniques.
Focus on experiential marketing and also improve the company experience while at Big Square
Responsibilities
- Manage all Marketing & PR activities and all external communication
- Develop and/or oversee all content (anything written or spoken) that will be seen by the public.
- Advise on and ensure that all media (flyers, posters, website, social networks, etc.) are catered to the Big Square target demographic.
- Continually create and/or advice in the creation of media that educates the market and compels them to engage the brand
- Consistently analyze marketing materials, company operations, systems, goals, and objectives to ensure brand consistency
- Brand Support, Compliance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Support company objectives, ethos, and standards
- Ensure all our brands “look and feel” are consistent with company objectives across all platforms and operations
- Support the brand vision, position, architecture and contribute to overall business goals
- Manage brand standards in all aspects of back-of-house operations as well as front-of-house operations – Everything from aesthetics to maintenance to functionality
- Among other duties as detailed in the job description and by the marketing manager.
Job Requirements
Required education: Bachelor’s degree
Required relevant work experience: 3 years
Required languages: English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
