2019 Legal Intern At Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE)

The selected candidate will be assisting the Legal Department in various tasks as outlined below.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
i) Assist in the review/drafting of contracts and MOU’s.
ii) Assist in maintaining proper custody of the Company’s record.
iii) Assist in formulation/revision of policies and procedures in the legal department.
iv) Assist in legal research.
v) Assist in drafting legal correspondences.
vi) Other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications and desired skills
i) Holder of an LLB
ii) Good interpersonal skills
iii) Must be highly motivated, a self-starter
iv) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
We are looking for recent graduates, having graduated within the last two years (2017-2018).
