The University of Nairobi wishes to inform the following groups of students (Module I and Module II) that the commencement and reporting dates for the 2023/2024 Academic Year are as follows:

MONDAY, 19TH SEPTEMBER 2023 – FIRST SEMESTER A. YEAR I UNDERGRADUATES OF THE FOLLOWING FACULTIES:

i) Faculty of Agriculture (FAG)

ii) Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS)

iii) Faculty of Build Environment and Design (FBED)

iv) Faculty of Business and Management Sciences (FBMS)

v) Faculty of Education (FED)

vi) Faculty of Engineering (FENG);

vii) Faculty of Health Sciences (FHS)

viii) Faculty of Law (FOL)

ix) Faculty of Science and Technology (FST)

iii) Year IV students of FHS – Dental Surgery (2019 admissions) and BSc Nursing

iv) Year II, III and IV Postgraduate students.

(a) The fee structure is available on the faculty website.

(b) Online registration will be open to ALL students with effect from 22nd August 2023.

COMMENCEMENT AND RESUMPTION DATES – ACADEMIC YEAR            

The University of Nairobi wishes to inform the following groups of students (Module I and Module II) that the commencement and resumption dates of the 2021/2022 Academic Year are as follows:

A.        COMMENCEMENT OF SECOND SEMESTER

All students who were to report for their second semester on 31st Monday, January will now report on 7th of February.

B.       RESUMPTION DATES (IN-PERSON LEARNING)

            MONDAY, 7 FEBRUARY

  • Year II second semester in the following Faculties:
    • Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences
    • Faculty of Business & Management Science
    • Faculty of Law
    • Faculty of Education (Kikuyu)

C.        COMMENCEMENT DATES (ONLINE LEARNING)

MONDAY, 7 FEBRUARY

  • Year III (KCSE 2018) of the following Faculties:
    • Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences
    • Faculty of Business & Management Science
    • Faculty of Law

D.        STUDENTS WHO HAVE BEEN HAVING IN-PERSON LEARNING TO CONTINUE.

All students are informed that all fees are payable at the commencement of the semester.
