Summit: Marketing Executive – Life & Medical Insurance Job 2019
Our client, one of the largest privately-owned insurance brokerage houses in Kenya are seeking to recruit a Marketing Executive to be based in Nairobi. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients. The successful candidate Must have prior working experience in Life and Medical Insurance Business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting for Medical, Pensions & Life Insurance Clients.
- Approaching Prospective Clients and scheduling appointments with them.
- Solution development, Presentation and responding to concerns and queries.
- Fact-finding to establish Client Needs and Desires.
- Prepare and make a report on market analysis, competitor analysis and market trends.
- Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution
- Business Assembly on Policy Purchase and Sales Follow Through.
- Solution Delivery and After Sales Service.
- Achieve the set monthly targets.
Qualification:
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
- Must have more than 5 years’ experience in life and medical insurance business.
- Must have impeccable communication skills.
- Must have good comprehension of insurance plans.
- MUST have a proven record of meeting targets.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Self-driven, focused and goal oriented.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
