An applicant may write or email the University on admissions@pacuniversity.ac.ke requesting for application forms, or download the form here, or simply apply online here.
Application forms should be submitted to the University duly filled and signed, accompanied by all the other requirements stated therein.
The University is not obligated to return the application form and photocopies of the original documents if the applicant is not admitted, or wishes to withdraw his/her application.
More so, the University is not under any obligation to retain an application if no correspondence has been received within a twelve-month period from the date of application.

Admission Requirements
Certificate Courses
KCSE Mean Grade of D+ (plus) and above or its equivalent
Diploma Courses
KCSE Mean Grade of C- (minus) and above or its equivalent
Undergraduate Courses
- KCSE Mean Grade of C+ (plus) or its equivalent
- Relevant Diploma from a recognized institution
Post Graduate Courses
- Masters Qualifications: A relevant Bachelor Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 from a recognized institution, with three years working experience.
- Post Graduate Diploma: A first Degree in any field from a recognized University
Fee Structures
NB: The fee schedule for every program is established by the Council of Governors and may be raised at the discretion of the Council should economic circumstances in Kenya change.
The University has subsidized the fee structure due to the current economic situation brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. All our programs shall be offered exclusively online until normalcy returns.

Scholarships
The University awards scholarships every year, with successful candidates getting awarded with one of the following:
- CITAM Scholarships
- Hendrick Scholarships
- Ulting Scholarships
- Timothy scholarships
- URCO Scholarships
- Peter Cuke Scholarship (This is only given to a fourth year student and is for one year)
The scholarship is awarded annually, and progressive students may reapply every year to request for renewal of the scholarship.
