Application Form

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION

Non-refundable application fee (Kshs. 1,000 for Undergraduate and Kshs. 2,000 for Postgraduate programmes for East African applicants and
US$ 50 for undergraduate and US$ 100 for postgraduate Non -East African Applicants. (No cash payment*)

Duly filled and signed application form

Copies of certified academic certificates including secondary school certificates, Bachelors, Diplomas & Certificate level transcripts and
certificates.

One (1) recent passport-size photograph

Passport.

An official translation of academic records (where language of study is not English)

A current financial guarantee letter

Police Clearance/Letter of good conduct

Meet the University entry requirements of the country of origin for the programme applied for and produce evidence of qualification letter
from the programme regulator or the agency regulating university education in the country of origin.
Note: On submission of the above documents the applicant will be admitted provisionally awaiting the verification of the evidence of qualification
letter by the issuing institution/organization

PAYMENT OF APPLICATION FEE
Application fee is payable through the following bank accounts:

c) Kenya Commercial Bank, Thika Branch A/C number 1121032222 payable at any Kenya Commercial Bank Branch
d) Guaranty Trust Bank Thika Branch, ( Formerly Fina bank) A/C number 2014200002 payable at any Guaranty Trust Bank Branch
e) Application fee is payable through Pay bill Number: 270988 (Go to Mpesa select Pay bill option, Enter your Passport Number as account code,
Amount, Mpesa Pin ).

Application fee once paid is not refundable.
REGISTRATION: Students should be registered for classes prior to the beginning of any semester to avoid irregularity of failure to attain 75% class
attendance. As a new student, you will have time to meet with the Registrar Academic Administration and complete registration procedures during the
registration/orientation period.
