Moi University Admission Letters First-Year Students placed by KUCCPS

Moi University wishes to inform the First year Students placed by KUCCPS to join the University for the Academic year that the admission letters are now available for download on the Student portal.

To download the Admission Letter

  1. Click this link: https://www.muwebportal.com/login
  2. Log in to the Student portal by entering the following:
    1. For Email Account: Type your KCSE Index number@gmail.com
    2. For Password: Type your KCSE index number

Example:

If your KCSE Index Number is 12345678910/2018 then the correct details for Login are as follows:

    i. Email Account: 12345678910/2018@gmail.com (Note: there is no space between the slash[/] and 2018)

    ii. Password: 12345678910/2018

  1. On successful login; Select, Admissions on the Sidebar
  2. Download: Admission Letter, Admission forms (Student Booklet) and the Fees structure

N/B: All students are required to have medical cover, preferably National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF); those without a cover are requested to acquire one before admission.

NB: Before proceeding, ensure you have received a letter from KUCCPS which indicates you have been granted an offer in Moi University. Click here to view the Moi University KUCCPS Admitted List 

For Government Sponsored; click the following link: https://admissions.mu.ac.ke/login

1. In the field provided, type your KCSE Index number/2020 and click Login i.e. if your index number is XXXXXXXXXXXX then type in this format XXXXXXXXXX/2020 where XXXXXXXXXX is the index number and 2020 is the year you sat for your Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE), then click Login

2. The first time you login, you are required to accept or reject the programme you have been offered. Accepting the offer gives you the access to other services while rejecting denies you access to any other services.
