We are looking for a Human Resource Manager to join our growing team.
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- University degree in Human Resource or related fields
- 3+ year experience as Human Resource Manager or similar role
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR Best Practices
- English and Swahili knowledge
- People oriented and results driven
- Loyalty and integrity

Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Prepare and organize employment contracts
- Drive and organise the organizational culture across the Mogo Team
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Plan and manage team building events
