MASENO UNIVERSITY 19TH GRADUATION CEREMONY 2019
Maseno University wishes to inform all students who qualified for conferment of various degrees and award of diplomas and certificates in the 2018/2019 Academic Year University Examinations and members of the general public, that the 19th Graduation Ceremony will be held on Friday, 13th December, 2019, at the Graduation Square-Siriba from 8.00am.

CLEARANCE
Qualified students MUST have cleared all outstanding fees and any other levies owed to the University in order to graduate.
GRADUATION CHARGES
The following are mandatory charges for the various categories of graduands:

Payments should be made at Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB), Account Number 1108378056, Luanda branch or at any other branch countrywide.
HIRE OF ACADEMIC ATTIRE
The academic attire will be available for hire between Monday, 9th and Wednesday, 11th December, 2019 from the offices of the respective Deans of Schools. DOWNLOAD
INVITATION CARDS
Each Graduand shall be issued with three (3) invitation cards. Nobody will be allowed into the Graduation Square without the invitation card.
The academic attire must be returned by Wednesday 8th, January, 2020, failure to which a fine of Kshs.500 (five hundred shillings) per day shall be levied.
PUNCTUALITY
All Graduands and invited guests are expected to be seated by 7.45am.
REHEARSAL
All Graduands who wish to participate in the Ceremony MUST attend the rehearsal on Thursday, 12th December, 2019 at the Graduation Square as from 10.00am.
