Kenya Methodist University Reporting date for Trimester 1, 2021

Urgent: Face-Face Studies – Trimester 1, 2021

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic in the country and the need to balance between education and health of both staff and students, the University Senate decided that part of the students will continue with their on-line studies while the other will be taught face to face beginning 1st Trimester 2021 until further notice.

In respect to this and per the content in the memo sent by RGAA to all students and staff dated 18th December 2020, all continuing full-time and part-time students in the programmes listed below should register for on-line studies in 1st Trimester 2021 beginning 5th January 2021.

8. Bachelor of Science in Community Health
9. Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health
10. Bachelor of Science in Health Systems Management
11. Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics
12. Bachelor of Arts in Counseling Psychology
13. Bachelor of Criminology and Security Management
14. Bachelor of Education (Arts)
15. Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education Development)
16. Bachelor of Education (Primary Option) Arts
17. Bachelor of Education (Special Needs Education) Arts
18. Bachelor of Theology
19. Post-graduate Diploma in Education (Arts)
20. Diploma in Business Administration
21. Diploma in Computer Information Systems
22. Diploma in Business Information Technology 23. Diploma in Information Science

However, for the less disadvantaged students in the above programmes, should report for face to face studies in their respective KeMU campuses on 5th January 2021. These students should register their details and reasons choice of face to face studies by filling this google form for planning purposes on or before Sunday 3rd January 2021.

This requirement excludes ALL 1st Year GSSP and PSSP Students who joined the University in May and September 2020 for they should report to their respective KeMU Campuses for face to face studies on Tuesday 5th January 2021.
