RE: DEADLINE FOR 15TH GRADUATION CEREMONY
The critical deadlines for the 15th Graduation Ceremony are provided below. Students who intend to graduate this year should take note.

| Application for graduation | Sept 13 – Oct 31 |
| Last day for graduation candidates to submit credit transfer applications, projects, and attachment reports to respective schools. | Sept 27 |
| Senate meeting to approve May Semester exam results | Oct 15 |
| Supplementary/special exams for graduating class | Oct 21 – 25 |
| Last day for PhD candidates to submit final bound theses to Director of Postgraduate Studies | Nov 8 |
| Senate meeting to approve graduation candidates list | Nov 14 |
| Last day for candidates to clear outstanding fees | Nov 29 |
| Registrar (A&R) submits graduation list to Communications Office for printing in the Graduation Booklet | Dec 2 |
| Graduation Rehearsal | Dec 19 |
| 15th Graduation Ceremony | Dec 20 |
