APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Candidates seeking admission are required to fill application forms obtained from the Principal’s Office – JKUAT –
KAREN CAMPUS NAIROBI on payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,500 .The forms can also be downloaded
from our website www.jkuat.ac.ke/campuses/karen .The application fee can be paid to any branch of the KCB Bank,
JKUAT – KAREN CAMPUS Account No. 1102700371, or a Bankers Cheque. The duly completed forms should
be returned to the Admissions Office Karen Campus.

MODE OF APPLICATION Applications can be made on prescribed forms obtainable from JKUAT KAKAMEGA CBD CAMPUS Located at Ambwere Fraha Center Along Sudi Road upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,500/ for PhD, Masters & Degree courses. Application forms may also be downloaded from the JKUAT website at www.jkuat.ac.ke-Kakamega Campus portal.

MODE OF APPLICATION:

Applications will be made on prescribed forms obtained from the Campus upon payment of Non-refundable fees
of Kshs 1,500/= for PhD and Masters.

Payments can either be made by cash deposit to Barclays Bank, Juja Branch, JKUAT CBD CAMPUS, A/C
030721022145 or Bankers Cheque in favour of JKUAT CBD CAMPUS.
APPLICATION DETAILS:
 The duly completed forms, 1 passport size photo, copies of certificates, transcripts, application fee payment
receipt and updated C.V. for postgraduate applications, should be returned to the undersigned.
 All applications MUST be accompanied with copies of O-level qualifications.
 Postgraduate applicants MUST attach undergraduate transcripts.

MODE OF APPLICATION For more details regarding the entry requirements, duration of study and mode of teaching for coursework please check in the JKUAT website at www.jkuat.ac.ke. Applications should be made on prescribed forms obtainable from JKUAT office of the Director, Board of Postgraduate Studies OR from the respective Campuses upon payment of a non-refundable application fee of Kshs.1, 500/- Cash or at Barclays Bank AC/NO 077-5001216. The application forms may also be downloaded from the JKUAT website. Original Receipt will be given by Cashier at JKUAT Finance office upon payment of the application fee or upon presenting the bank slip.
