  3. Apply as early as possible.
  4. You’ll usually need your transcript and basic information about yourself.
  5. Use your essay to show how you stand out.


All eligible candidates must read and follow the following guidelines strictly:

1. Obtain standard application forms from the Ministry of Education offices at Telposta Towers, 27th Floor, Room 2702 OR download the same from the Ministry’s website: under the scholarships theme.

For you to get the Government Student Scholarships, you MUST apply through and submit a Student Government Scholarship application every year for the course duration.

How to get government sponsorship in Kenya?

  1. The application should be done online through the KUCCPS Student’s Portal,, which is accessible through the Placement Service website
  2. Applications can be submitted online from any location through any gadget connected to the Internet (computers, mobile phones, tablets etc.).
