DeKUT FIRST YEAR REGISTRATION
INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO REGISTER
- Download your admission letter and other admission documents, From This Link
- Scan the following documents:
- Official passport size photograph. This should be taken on a white background.
- Birth Certificate and /or National ID or Passport in PDF format
- Form Four result slip or Certificate in PDF format
- Any other academic certificate i.e diploma, degree, masters etc) in PDF format
- Money deposit slip/Pay In Slip for Fees in PDF format.
- All Self Sponsored students will be required download and fill a Self Sponsored Course Acceptance Form and send it the following email: admissionsoffice@dkut.ac.ke. Once the form is received you will get a registration number which you will use as the USER NAME to log onto the Student Online Registration portal.

e.g A012-01-0001/2019). If you have not yet downloaded the admission letter you can DOWNLOAD IT BY CLICKING HERE. - KCSE Index Number: This the index Number you used during your KCSE Examination. (
e.g 123456789001/2019).
