INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO REGISTER
- Download your admission letter and other admission documents, From This Link
- Scan the following documents:
- Official passport size photograph. This should be taken on a white background.
- Birth Certificate and /or National ID or Passport in PDF format
- Form Four result slip or Certificate in PDF format
- Any other academic certificate i.e diploma, degree, masters etc) in PDF format
- Money deposit slip/Pay In Slip for Fees in PDF format.
- All Self Sponsored students will be required download and fill a Self Sponsored Course Acceptance Form and send it the following email: admissionsoffice@dkut.ac.ke. Once the form is received you will get a registration number which you will use as the USER NAME to log onto the Student Online Registration portal.

In order to download your Admission Letter, You MUST first Provide your KCSE Index number. Note that the Index Number should include the year you sat for the KCSE
For example: 123456789/2019
