Form One 2023 Selection Results Out Today, How to Check via SMS & Online
The 2023 Form One placement results for the 2022 Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) examination candidates will be released today; Monday, January 16, 2022. This has been announced by Education Cabinet Secretary Ezekiel Machogu.
The 2023 Form One selection results will be announced today at the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development.
“We will be releasing the Form One Selection results on Monday at exactly 10 am,” said CS Machogu.
The selection exercise was computerized and conducted by the Ministry of Education, Kenya National Examinations Council, and the ICT Authority.

All the 1,233,852 candidates who sat for the 2022 KCPE exams have been placed to form one and can check results by using either the SMS or online platform.

To get the 2023 Form One selection results quickly. send an SMS to 22263 with your KCPE index number to find out which school has selected you to enroll in.
You shall then receive your Form 1 2022 selection results. That is the school for which you have been selected to join Form 1.
The charges for sending an SMS to check Form 1 selection results for 2022 candidates are ksh.25 for Telkom, Safaricom, and Airtel lines.

- Step 1: Visit the Kenya Ministry of Education website.
- Step 2: Now Choose the county and sub-county where you sat for your KCPE 2022.
- Step 3: Type in your KCPE 2022 index number.
- Step 4: Submit Your Entries
- Step 5: The school you have been selected to join in Form 1 shall be displayed on the loaded page. You can then download your Form 1 KCPE 2022 candidate admission letter.
- Step 6: To download your Form 1 admission letter for 2022 KCPE candidates, click on it and print or download it.
- Step 7: Present a hard copy of your KCPE 2022 admission letter to the school you have been selected for validation.
- Step 8: Prepare and present yourself with the requisite accompaniments as noted in your Form 1 joining instructions. You shall be admitted to Form 1 and start your high school studies.
