The Authority of Turkana University College has approved the resumption of the 2021/2022 Semester 2 Academic session as follows:

Please note the following dates, and important updates on academic affairs:
- Semester 2 classes will begin on 10th January 2022, preceded by orientation week for new students from 4th to 8th January 2022. Please note the other dates and deadlines from the attached academic calendar and take responsibility.
- In relation to semester 2 2021/2022, the University Senate has approved that all undergraduate students (Diploma and Bachelors) will report for face to face learning from January 2022. On the other hand, postgraduate students (PGD, Masters and Doctoral) will continue to learn remotely/online in the coming semester from January 2022.
- The university Senate has approved a revised university catalogue– this is a key guide to academic policies in the university. It will soon be uploaded on the university website for your use.
- The university Senate has also approved change of graduation month from July to October/November. A revised academic calendar is attached and a thesis/dissertation calendar will be released in due course from the Graduate School.
