How to Apply for Zetech University Admission

To gain general admission to an undergraduate, diploma or certificate training at Zetech University, you must have successfully completed a recognized secondary education qualification.

Step 1. Select your course or programme

Zetech University offers a wide range of programmes. When choosing your course there is a lot for you to consider. What type of course should you do, what qualification will you get and what is your desired career path. Take time and choose a course that suits you best.

Step 2. Check entry requirements

Depending on the course you would like to apply, check that you meet our entry requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, there are still options available to you.

Step 3. Check for credit eligibility

If you have post secondary educational qualifications, you may be entitled to receive credit transfer. Applicants seeking credit should include academic transcripts and curriculum details in their applications.

Step 4. Complete and submit an application form.

If you meet all the above requirements, then you are now ready to complete our application form. Admission forms may be obtained from the admissions office at the main campus or from any of our campuses across Nairobi. Application forms can also be downloaded Here

When to apply

The university runs three academic intakes in a year, in the following months; January, May and September.

The applicants must fill the form in duplicate and attach:

  • A recent passport size photos
  • A copy of KCSE result slip
  • A copy of your National ID

Completed application/registration forms MUST be submitted together with a copy of a bank deposit slip as follows:

  • Degree: Kshs. 1000
  • Diploma: Kshs. 500
  • Certificate: Kshs. 500

Fees Structure

Fee Payment Schedule

The Zetech University Fee Payment Schedule recognises that fees payment by students is critical to effective and efficient service delivery. Payment of fees is a pre-requisite to course commencement for both new and continuing students.

This schedule facilitates timely fee collection to ensure effective planning and development of the University as well as promote smooth operations within the institution.

The objective of this schedule is to provide clear guidelines to Students, Parents, Sponsors and other Stakeholders on a convenient fee payment mode, while striving to accommodate the diverse needs of our students.

  • FEE PAYMENT MODE:

Fees is payable in full before commencement of every semester, or in installments on special circumstances.

1.1 Payment by Installments

In the event of inability to pay fees in full before the start of the semester, the student shall be allowed to pay in installments. Under this mode, payment shall be done in TWO installments as detailed below:

(a) First installment shall be paid before commencement of classes and shall be 60% of the total fee payable;

(b) Second installment of 40% of the total fee payable shall be paid in full before 5th of the second month of the semester.

  • FEE PAYMENT METHODS

It is important to note that tuition fees payment is a student’s responsibility. If you are not paying the fees, it is still your responsibility to inform the Accounts Office through your sponsor/parent. If tuition fee payments are not made by the end of the 6th week of the semester, the University has the right to terminate your registration.

Such a student will have to pay full tuition fees and other applicable charges for the semester afresh upon readmission.

Additionally, it is mandatory to include your name and Student ID Number in all fees payments.

1.3 CONFIRMATION OF FEE PAYMENT

Receipts for payment of tuition fees will be provided after the payment has been received in either of the accounts aboveOnce this is done, students must ensure they have an updated and valid student ID card to access the University.
