2. List of shareholders and directors- CR 12 (copy)
It should not be older than one year.

3. Tax compliance certificate (copy)
It must be valid.

4. Class G work permit (copy)
For foreign directors

5. Business permit (copy)
From the county government

6. Distributorship agreement (copy)
From LPG cylinder brand owner or licensed wholesaler

7. Weighing scale calibration certificate (copy)
From weights and measures department

8. Identity card (copy)

9. Fire clearance certificate (copy)
From the respective County Government

10. Certificate of registration of workplace (copy)

Obtain notice to collect licence

Additional information

The licence is usually collected by the director. In case the director is unable to pick, he/she is required to notify ERC through an email on the representative who will collect the licence. The notification should contain the identity card number and the name of the representative.
