The rank of the Chartered Arbitrator (C.Arb) is the highest that a practicing arbitrator can be accorded under the auspices of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), the world’s leading professional body for dispute avoidance and dispute management. Beyond that, members the standing of Members could include election or appointment or awards as Dr. Kariuki Muigua, PhD was elected African Trustee of the CIArb and was recently awarded the CIArb (Kenya) Lifetime Achievement Award 2021 and African Arbitrator of the Year 2022.
