Duties and Responsibilities
Successful applicants will be assigned duties in either the Test Development or Test
Administration Division and will be required to perform the following duties among
others:
developing examination papers conducted by the Council in Liberia;
assisting in all examinations conducted by the Council in the Liberia;
recruiting examiners for the Council’s examinations;
assisting in marking exercises of examinations;
handling of subject Award meetings;
preparing reports for the Council’s Meetings;
handling issues that may arise from both the arrangements and conduct of the
Council’s examinations;
supervising and managing subordinate staff;
assisting in formulating and implementing policies and programs relating to your
assigned Division;
Performing any other duties that may be assigned.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification/Experience/Age
An applicant must:
possess a good University degree of not less than 3.25 Cumulative
Average from a recognised University. Possession of M.Ed. in Educational
Measurement/Evaluation will be an added advantage
have at least three years post qualification work experience (teaching or
supervising) in a reputable institution.
not be more than forty (40) years old. (Serving staff are exempt from the age
criterion)

have high proficiency in computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Microsoft

be task/result-oriented;
be very meticulous in executing assigned tasks;
be prepared and willing to work extra and at odd hours;
have the ability to work under pressure to meet targets;
be prepared and willing to work out of Monrovia;
have good interpersonal skills, be a team player, work with little or no
supervision, have good writing and have analytical and communication skills.
- ACCOUNTANTS
Duties and Responsibilities
Successful applicants will be assigned duties in the Finance Division and will be required
to:
assist in the implementation of the Finance Division policies and programs;
assist in the general accounting work of the Council’s examinations;
assist in preparing the general ledger and the draft final accounts;
assist in printing of the various books and bank reconciliations;
assist in budget preparation and tracking;
prepare reports for the Council’s Meetings;
report to the Head of Finance; and
perform any other duties that may be assigned.
Eligibility Criteria/Qualification/Experience
Applicant must:
possess a Bachelor degree preferably in Accounting of not less than 3.25
Cumulative average from a recognised University. A Master Degree in
