Postal Corporation of Kenya (PCK) has partnered with the Directorate of Immigration for the delivery of courier items nationally.
How To Collect Your Passport In Kenya
The following operational procedure will apply in receiving, sorting, and delivering passports;
- Immigration Office will send an SMS notification to the applicants whose Passports are ready for collection/delivery, directing them to https://passport.posta.co.ke
2. Applicants who receive the message shall open https://passport.posta.co.ke They will enter their Tracking Number provided by Immigration.
3. If the passport is available for collection, the screen below will be displayed. The passport applicant shall then proceed to fill out the form as required. Then click on SUBMIT DETAILS. All fields are MANDATORY.
4. The portal will direct the applicant to make payment to Paybill Number 5161863. They will enter the auto-generated account number, then the amount and their Mpesa pin.
The applicant will then receive two SMS
a.MPESA SMS: Detailing the transaction information.
b.POSTA SMS: Confirming that we are in receipt of the amount sent and detailing the collection information.
