PAYMENT OF FEES

It is the obligation of every Student to ensure that required fees are paid promptly.

Fees are payable in advance before Registration by either:

Finance department is one of the key departments in the Institution and it falls directly under the Principal of the institute.
The department is lucky to have a competent team of human resource that oversee the smooth operations of the department. The team is made up of three dedicated and qualified officers;

The department is responsible for revenue collection and offering financial advice to the Institute’s management. In order to execute all these responsibilities it requires a sound under planning of Financial management and a strong set of internal controls. We have been very successful in our efforts and yet we recognize that room exists for improvement. We have had many positive results over the years as reflected in our audited books of accounts.

The department continues to pursue information technology advancement that ensures relevant, reliable and timely accounting and management of information. The department has upgraded its accounting system by implementing a software which is reliable in provision of information on students data and other clerical data that is used to enhance decision making by the Management. Our performance and accountability reports are ISO Certified.

The department will endeavor to meet the dynamic needs of our clients as well as play its role in making Nairobi Technical Training Institute a place to be through our Mission and Vision.
