ORGANIZATIONAL KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT TRAINING WORKSHOP: A PRACTICAL APPROACH
Kenyatta University’s Directorate of Capacity Development & Consultancy Services (KU-CDCS) is a strategic business unit for the university that coordinates all training and consultancy work done under the auspices of the University. Aim of the workshop: equipping learners with the requisite skills and competencies to implement a successive organizational knowledge management programme within their organizations.
Intended audience: professionals in Finance, HR, ICT, Production, sales and marketing, audit, Research and Development, procurement, customer service, corporate communications, legal officers, project Risk Managers, Records professionals, Librarians, Quality Assurance, Integrity Officers and those involved in an organizational productivity agenda.

Venue: North Coast Beach Hotel, Kilifi, Kenya
Cost: Kshs. 92,800 (inclusive of VAT, tea, lunch and training material)

The workshop approach will be highly interactive with a number of case studies, group work and practical simulations. The exercises and case studies are centered on models; real business events and scenarios. Participants are expected to carry their laptops.
