Kenya Army
Our Mission
The primary mission of the Army is the defence of the nation against external land based aggression, while the secondary is the provision of aid and support to civil authority in the maintenance of order.
Inherent in the secondary mission is participation in international peacekeeping missions in support of national Foreign Policy objectives.
Our Vision
To develop an Army deeply rooted in professionalism and certain of its ability to achieve its mission.
Roles
Defence of Kenya against land based external aggression.
Aid to civil Authority in the maintenance of order.
Perform any other tasks as may be assigned by the state through the CDF.
