Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology JKUAT Admission Letters – We humbly announce that Candidates who have been admitted to Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology in the 2023/2024 session can now download their admission letters from the Egerton University student portal.

For Those Not Yet Registered: For Admission Letters Matters/Application Queries Go to Jkuat Website under Contacts get Registrars (AA) or Customer Care office numbers, call and ask to inquire from them OR visit their offices at Administration Block A in Main Campus.
All Newly Admitted Students must first register with their Respective Departments during the Admission Week before starting or resuming classes.
All Students must update their Bio-data before Graduating. Access is through this admission system(Online Application and Admission Letters). Queries concerning Admission should be forwarded to ONLY support@jkuat.ac.ke and not any other email address. Also, you can call the University through its Contacts and ask for Customer Care or the Admission Registrar’s Office and be assisted.
- HOW TO APPLY ONLINE :

- If the course that you need is available for preferred intake then proceed to the application by first creating an account /Sign-Up on this page
- Upon successful creation of an account, proceed to log in on the same page with your email and password used during the creation of the account.
- After login, fill in the Personal-data (Step 1), and Course details (Step 2). Academic details (Step 3), supportive documents (Step 4), and payment details (Step 5).
- To complete your course application, you are required to pay the application fee through MPESA.(Certificate:500/-; Diploma:1000/-; Degree:1,500/-; Masters:1,500/-,Post Diploma:1,500/-,Phd:1,500/-).
- Access the M-PESA menu from your phone, Select “Lipa Na M-PESA” then the Pay Bill option, and enter this Pay Bill Number (951200).
- Enter your account number generated from the system from step 5(payment details after login ) then enter the required amount.
- Finally enter the exact MPESA-generated code back into the system to complete your application.
- Regularly visit this website and log in to get the feedback or the status of your application.
- NOTE: Every application has its account number generated per transaction. ONLY applicants who have paid the application fees will be considered.
