Baringo County Training College, Kabarnet Entry Requirement
The specialized courses offered here are on full time and part-time modes facilitated through three admitting departments providing practical instruction in Business, Information Communication Technology and Technical applied sciences.
We admit students under three main levels namely:-
Craft Certificate Courses: Minimum entry requirement is a K.C.S.E mean grade D (Plain) or Artisan Level. On completion of this second level, students can proceed to the next level for Diploma.
Diploma Courses: Entry requirement at this level is usually a K. C. S. E mean grade C- (minus)
Through the above levels, the Institute is able to offer an opportunity to the less advantaged to gradually climb the career ladder.
We also present our students to reputable and friendly Examining Bodies such as Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) and the Kenya Accountants and Secretaries National Examinations Board (KASNEB) and The National Industrial Training Authority (NITA)
