Due to the ongoing challenges arising from the COVID-19 pandemic, the University is keen to ensure that students do not lag behind. The University has been offering all its programs on Zetech Digital School through blended learning. We are extending this privilege to all our Government sponsored students.
Blended learning is the integration of classroom face-to-face learning experiences with online learning experiences. The student is able to have live interaction with Lecturers and classmates in a virtual classroom, take notes, review recorded videos and undertake quizzes and assignments. All a student needs to have is a smartphone or laptop or a desktop with internet connection.
Online Access
Training on how to access your classes on Zetech Digital School will be conducted from 7th to 10th July, 2020.
Orientation:
Online orientation will be held on 6th July, 2020
Reporting:
Class commencement date: 13th July 2020

COMMENCEMENT DATES
As the Varsity prepares to conclude the semester, the Registrar Academics’ Office announced that students would resume classes on 7th January 2020 for the January – April 2020 semester. Students are expected to report without fail as teaching will begin on this date. “We are already prepared for the forthcoming semesters to allow students to start learning promptly as per the university schedule. I encourage every student to report on the first day to ensure they do not miss out.” said Peter Osumba, Registrar Academics. He added that Heads of Departments and lecturers will be available and on time for teaching to begin. Indeed, we look forward to a successful 2019.
