All graduates of the 61st Congregation for the conferment of degrees and award of diplomas held on September 6, 2019 are requested to collect their certifi cates at the University of Nairobi Central Examinations Centre, Chiromo Campus in the following order

The following will be required before collection of the certifi cates:
• Original National Identity Card (ID card).
• Original graduand’s clearance form (academic dress collection form).
Certifi cates should be collected by Friday, November 8, 2019. Any certifi cate not collected by this date will be liable to
a storage charge of Kshs. 1,000/= per year. For avoidance of doubt, any part of a year after the expiry of the collection
date shall attract a storage charge of Kshs. 1,000/=.
