Teachers Service Commission has announced that the implementation of the 2021-2025 has reached its final stage.
Tutors should expect salary changes next month.
In the new CBA, primary school teachers are the most favoured as compared to the other group of teachers.
As per reports by Teachers Service Commission CEO, the list paid primary school teacher will be earning sh. 27000.
This change cuts across all teachers but teachers in primary section have been awarded a salary increament of sh. 6000.
TSC also says that it favoured primary school teachers because they are the worst hit group who receive little salary.
This change is immediate and teachers will be smiling all the way to the bank at the end of next month with an addition on their salary.
This move by TSC has been appreciated by all employed primary school teachers who say that life had become unbearable with the little pay.
Most tea teachers say that with the increment, they will be able to acquire basic necessities thereby improving their living standards.
Tutors are now set to get a Payrise,, implementing it and phasing it to reflect in their Payslips will take some time owing to the huge numbers of teachers in the country
With this, will mean that this month’s salary is set to be delayed for that reason, meaning Teachers should be a little bit patient.
