TSC Guide on TPAY Portal Profile Validation for Teachers

TSC Latest News Today- The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has issued guidelines on the new Tpay system. This is after the commission moved teachers from the former payslip.tsc.go.ke/ to the new portal at tpay.tsc.go.ke.

Newly employed teachers who are not yet registered on the TPAY system can register
at the County Office. They however need official permission from their immediate supervisors- school heads and principals before being served at the County offices given the stringent rules and TSC Code of Conduct.

TSC- TPAY SYSTEM; VERIFICATION OF DATA

Unlike other TSC online application processes that are continuous, the ongoing TSC teachers’ validation of TPAY Data accounts will take a maximum of four weeks only. This, therefore, means that all TSC-employed teachers will be forced to squeeze some time amid a tight work schedule given the shortened term periods this year and update their T-Pay Accounts at the TSC TPAY system before July 15, 2022.

Why Update my TSC TPAY Data?

In case you are wondering why the Teachers Service Commission has given the above directive, it is meant for the well-being of all TSC employees whose TPAY Accounts have been infiltrated in the past by fraudsters posing as legitimate TSC employees and managed to steal sensitive information and even taking huge loans without the knowledge of teachers.

TSC Profile Validation

The TSC  profile validation is a two-step process aimed at enhancing the security features of all TSC employees including the teachers and the secretariat.

The two-step authentication process encompasses physical identification and digital identification of teachers on the T-Pay system.
