The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has released a self-help manual that is to be used in the validation of TPAD data.
The Commission has decided to act amid cases of cons who use teachers’ details without their permission leading to teachers having to pay dearly because their data is not secure.
In the validation of TPAY data, teachers are required to upload a decent passport-size photograph as well as confirm their mobile number and TSCemails.
A few teachers have encountered challenges in the process of validation of TPAY data, especially with their TSC emails. Some teachers do not have TSC emails while others have not been able to reset their TSC email passwords or log in to their email accounts on the Microsoft Outlook app.
However, assistance has been provided by the respective officials at the Sub-County and County levels.
