The examination Office is another key office in the institute. It is responsible for management of both internal and external exams. This includes scheduling exams, cordination of setting, moderation and administration of internal examinations.

For external exams, the office maintains link with examination bodies, ensures registration of students and works with area education office in cordinating their administration. The office is also in charge of allocating rooms for tuition and exams considering the number of students sitting for each exam to ensure that the students have ample space and are comfortable when doing the exam as well as reducing exams malpractices.

The office also informs course instructors and departments of the schedules of their exams and recommends the number of invigilators to be engaged. This is to ensure that there are no inconveniences during the exam time and that the exams results are credible and authentic. This applies to both the internal and external exams. The office also resolves all complains that are exam related. Further, there is an online platform to capture complaints and feedback.It is the responsibility of the office too to ensure that issuance of exam transcripts and certificates is timely and conducted efficiently. The office also coordinates the graduation ceremonies.
