Rongo University Reporting Dates 2021/2022

The Rongo University has released its reporting and opening dates for 2021/2022 academic sessions, newly admitted and returning students are to take note.

The reporting dates hints about Rongo University resumption date for new and returning students 2021, examination date and other academic activities for the year. See below, the reporting dates and academic calendar for sessional dates in 2021/2022 academic year.

Rongo University Reporting Dates – Opening Dates

The Authority of Rongo University has approved the resumption of the 2021/2022 Academic session as follows:

Provided below is the reviewed and amended schedule of University Academic activities for the 2021/2022 Academic year

NOTICE TO ALL STUDENTS

All Continuing students are advised to physically report to the University on 23rd August, 2021 for first semester studies in the 2021/2022 academic year.

Students are urged to pay the requisite fees and register for the courses online on or before reporting.

Please always observe the Ministry of Health regulations to protect yourself and others against Covid -19.

Note:

i. There shall be no physical reporting to the institution. All registration and examination will be online; please visit the University website (www.rongovarsity.ac.ke) for detailed instructions.

ii. Students are further advised to acquire good quality laptop computers, fitted with camera to enable them sit online examinations: the minimum specifications include; Intel Core i3 – 250HDD to 500HDD – 2GB to 4GB
RAM. Higher performance computers will be required for students of science and ICT.

iii. Students are advised to pay all fees and levies: Only students who would have paid all fees and levies will be allowed to sit examinations

Application Dates

Rongo University College has three intakes in an Academic year for all courses.

  • September/October
  • December/January
  • April/May

The advertisements for the intakes are usually carried in the local press two months before the intake
