Driver

Grade 9

1 Position on Contract

Reporting to the Principal Administration Officer, the successful candidates will be responsible for the provision of safe and timely transportation of authorized goods and passengers as well as the good maintenance of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

(i) Carrying out routine checks on vehicle’s fueling, cooling, oil, electrical and brake systems and tyre pressure:(ii) Detecting and reporting vehicle defects on time: ensuring vehicle cleanliness:(iii) Driving the vehicle as authorized:(iv) Ensuring security and safety of the vehicle on and off the road, passengers and goods therein;(v) Ensuring routine service and maintenance of the vehicle;(vi) Timely reporting of accidents and securing police abstract;(vii) Taking Vehicles inspection and keeping up-to-date insurance documents;

Qualifications & Skills Required

Principal Resource Mobilization Officer

Grade 4

1 Position on Permanent and Pensionable Terms

Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Strategy and Performance, the successful candidate will be responsible for initiating development of policies and strategies that will enhance revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

(i) Initiating development of policies, strategies procedures, guidelines for resource mobilization and partnership development;

(ii) Developing and reviewing proposals for resource mobilization

(iii) Reviewing external proposals for resource and technical assistance

(iv) Ensuring implementation and reviewing of resource mobilization, strategies and programmes;

(v) Overseeing the development of strategies and work planning for resource mobilization and partnership creation:

(vi) Initiating partnership dialogue with bilateral partners and international financial institutions;

(vii) Overseeing coordination, planning, development, and management of a public and private sector collaborations for resource mobilization;

Qualifications & Skills Required

(i) At least eight (8) years’ work experience, three (3) of which must be in a supervisory position.

(ii) A Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following fields: Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Development, Development Studies, International Relations, Public Administration and Business Administration or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution:

Reporting to the Manager, Human Resource & Administration the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective provision of general office administration services; including hospitality, employee safety and wellness, conduct work environment, maintenance and management of the organisation’s property / assets, fleet management and provision of transport services.

Key Responsibilities

(i) Developing administration policy and procedures;

(i) Overall day to day management and administration of the office of the Chief Executive Officer;
