MMU wishes to inform all New and Continuing students that the opening dates for its various faculties for September-December 2019 Semester will be as follows:

Registration will take place at Block A & B from 8.00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All new students are required to bring with them the following:

Original and copies of Academic Certificate(s). Original and copies of National ID Card or Birth Certificate and School leaving Certificates for those under 18 years of age. Original and copy of admission letter, Parents’ copy of NHIF card, Identity card or any other Medical Insurance policy number for medical cover among other documents specified in the letter of offer.

ADMISSION LETTERS FOR SELF SPONSORED STUDENTS.

Admission letters for all self-sponsored students to be picked from Multimedia University of Kenya Admissions Office.

C. PAYMENT OF FEES

All students are required to pay fees at the banks indicated below and bring with them the pay-in slips for receipting on registration day. Fees will be paid at any branch of the indicated bank accounts. Please refer to the University Fee Payment policy on modality of paying fees. No cash payments will be accepted.

D. LOAN/BURSARY AWARDS

It is expected that all new and continuing students wishing to apply for loans/bursary from the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) will have done so before reporting to the University. Such applications should be processed and submitted to HELB through their website www.helb.co.ke.

E. COMMENCEMENT OF LECTURES

Lectures and other scheduled academic activities will start at Monday 9′ September, 2019 from 8.00 a.m. in all Campuses.
