Interested contractors must be registered in category NCA 7 and above only and appear in the current Building Contractors register.
A complete set of Tender Documents may be obtained by interested candidates from the Procurement Office, MOI UNIVERSITY during normal working hours upon payment of a non – refundable tender fee of Kshs. 1,000.00 in cash or bankers cheque payable to the cash office and obtain an official receipt from the cash office and immediately forward their particulars to the Procurement Office for recording and for the purposes of receiving any further tender clarifications and/or addendums.

All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kshs.200, 000.00 from a reputable bank or insurance company approved by PPRA valid for 150 days. This shall be in the format provided in the tender document.
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya Shillings, and should remain valid for 150 days.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number, and be deposited in the tender box provided at MOI UNIVERSITY or be addressed to:
