The reporting dates hint about Moi University’s resumption date for new and returning students in 2024, examination date and other academic activities for the year. Moi wishes to inform all students that the semester date for January/ April 2024 for the 2023/2024 academic years will be as follows,

Moi University wishes to inform all continuing students in the following Schools and Campuses that studies will resume on January/ April 2024 for the 2023/2024 academic years

1. MAIN CAMPUS

Students in 1^st year second semester, 2^nd year first semester and 4^th year second semester in the following schools:

School of Education
School of Arts & Social Sciences
School of Business & Economics (1^st years only)
School of Information Sciences
School of Biological & Physical Sciences
School of Engineering (1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th and 5^th year students)

2. ELDORET WEST CAMPUS (KPA)

School of Business & Economics (All continuing Government Sponsored Students 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th year groups) and all PSSP students.

3. ELDORET – ANNEX CAMPUS

School of Law
School of Tourism, Hospitality and Events Management

4. COLLEGE OF HEALTH SCIENCES

School of Medicine
School of Dentistry
School of Public Health
School of Nursing

5. SATELLITE CAMPUSES

1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd and 4th-year students in the following Campuses:

NOTE:

The reporting date for 4th-year first-semester students will be communicated in due course.
All KUCCPS admitted first-year students (Government Sponsored) for the 2023/2024 Academic Year will report in August.
Inter-university transfers for first-year Government Students to Moi University are being processed in all academic programmes on a first-come first-serve basis. Please visit the KUCCPS website to fill in and download the inter-university transfer form.
Admission for Privately Sponsored Students for May and August 2021 is ongoing. Please visit the Moi University website or the nearest Moi University Campus.

Resumption of Lectures

Moi University Special Senate sitting held on May at the Main Campus recognized efforts by various Government organs to address the ongoing industrial action by the University Academic Staff Union (UASU). In the meantime, Senate resolved that teaching and learning resume immediately.

The University Management also wishes to assure the incoming 2023/2024 Government Sponsored first year students that the reporting date is August. Students are therefore advised to visit the official Moi University website: www.mu.ac.ke and Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/moiuniversity/or send their inquiries to email: info@mu.ac.ke.

Moi University is also processing the 2023/2024 inter-university transfers in all programmes for Government Sponsored students.
