Bring and Surrender your Student ID or receipt of payment for lost or damaged student ID.
Strictly come on the date booked as allocated to your School and Programme. Use the link below to download the schedule
Come during working days between 8.30 A.M – 4.00 P.M
Doctor of Philosophy and Clinical Fellowship to collect their certificates & transcripts on any working day
If you do not book the date allocated to your School and program, then book any other date after 30^th March, 2021
