Maseno University wishes to announce revised dates for commencement of online studies for new students and resumption of studies and examinations for continuing students as follows:
Continuing students
Students are advised to contact their course lecturers through the class representatives for completion of three hours lectures pending for Semester Two teaching.
Students are advised to take note of dates for resumption and examinations and are thus referred to the student rules and regulations on the same. In view of this, all students are expected to clear any fee balance by 30th August 2020
Students should activate their @maseno email addresses or acquire one to enable registration for online examination by 30th August 2020. Queries on emails should be sent to studentssupport@maseno.ac.ke
Login details will be sent to students from the eCampus between 31st August to 13th September 2020 using the activated Maseno University emails
The link for online examinations orientation will be shared through the University Website from 14th September, 2020.
Students are reminded to pay and register for Resits through the
Management Information System (MIS)
New Students
New students who have not downloaded their admission letters are advised to do so by Logging onto https://kuccps.maseno.ac.ke
Registration of new students is ongoing and those who have not registered are advised do so by paying the required fees before 31st August, 2020
Registered students will receive online orientation login details consisting of @maseono email addresses with a generic password from the eCampus on the phone numbers provided by the student at registration.
Online Orientation of new students shall be from 10th September to 15th October, 2020.
Online teaching of new students shall begin on Monday 19th October, 2020
All students are advised to have a powered laptop or Smartphone and internet connectivity to facilitate online learning and examination.
Please Note that, for online examination you will need a laptop with a
working webcam
Students are further advised to adhere to the Ministry of Health protocols on Covid 19.
These include but not limited to:
a. Wearing of face masks
b. Observing social and physical distancing
c. Regularly washing hands and sanitizing.
