Below are the steps followed in this process

Step 1: Fill and submit online Mediators Panel Status Application form (Form 1B) or download and fill Form 1B: Mediator Panel Status Application Form.

Step 2: Pay the application fee.

Step 3: Attach all the relevant documents including a duly signed Declaration and Undertaking form.

Step 4: Submit Application

Step 5: The applicant will be notified after a decision is made by the NCIA Board of Directors.
