The KUPPET National Governing Council, NGC, met yesterday at the Panari Hotel, Nairobi.
Resolutions of the meeting
That KUPPET will fight against any further taxation of teachers by 3% towards the housing scheme.
That stagnation of teachers is resolved sooner than soonest.
That the results of the just concluded interviews for all teachers is made public next week.
That all TTC teachers must have clear promotion guidelines.
That many ranks in the CPG are abolished.
That all dismissed teachers claim pensions or gratuity if they have taught for over 10 years and below respectively.
That the management of sports and co-curricular activities is reverted to schools through KESSHA.
