Kenya Forestry College is a registered TVETA Institution created through section 17 of the Forest Conservation Management Act of 2016.
Kenya Forestry College provides technical courses in Forestry, related fields and also capacity building short courses for the staff of Kenya Forest Service and other external clients.
The College is a technical institution which serves as a training arm of Kenya Forest Service a Parastatal within the Ministry of Environment and Forestry. As tertiary institution, we train personnel required in the forest and closely related sub-sectors. The Statute establishes Board of Directors which formulates policies for administration and management of the College.
