POSITION: HEAD HOUSEKEEPER
Reporting to the Hospitality Manager
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the House Manager to execute the standards of the Housekeeping Department
- Monitor housekeeping personnel to ensure customer receive prompt and courteous services
- Enforce cleanliness, maintenance schedule of rooms
- Participate, identify training needs, implement the programs to ensure the gaps are closed
- Participate in preparation of the housekeeping budget
- Ensure SOP’s are in place
- Ensure monthly/weekly inventories are conducted
Requirements
- KSCE C- (minus) and above
- Above 30 years
- Professional training in Hospitality Management (BSc Hospitality) or equivalent with 3 years’ experience or a National Diploma with 5 years’ experience

- Willing to live on the premises and available on call to deal with problems anytime, night or day

- Experience in luxury hotel or Palace within the Hospitality industry
- Knowledge of at least two international language
