UPDATED NOTICE TO ALL STUDENTS
SUBJECT: SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMINATIONS FEE
- On 25th February 2021, the University notified you that the Senate has released the examinations results for the January-April 2020 & May –August 2020 semesters.
- On the same notice, we informed all students that the Special and Supplementary Examinations will take place between Wednesday, 8th March 2021 and Friday, 19th March 2021. Please note that dates for ITPS students will be communicated at a later date.
- As a University Policy, candidates sitting for Supplementary Examinations are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 800/= per paper.
However, the University Management has received proposals from a number of students who have requested that they be allowed to sit for the Supplementary Examinations as scheduled and pay the fee later.
- In this regard and on behalf of the University Management, I confirm the following:
a). The students who will not be able to pay for the Supplementary Examinations by 8th March 2021, will be allowed to sit for the same.
b). The students mentioned in (a) above will be expected to pay the Supplementary Examination fee before the examination results are released to them
