Students are advised to follow up on the schedules for the resumption of the academic activities. Am sure by now you have obtained your KUCCPS Admission Letter and you have reviewed the Chuka University School Fees Structure.

Chuka University student shown below in the July-September 2021 Session should report to campus on Monday 19th July, 2021 and start learning on Wednesday 21st July, 2021 at 8:00 am

The Authority of Chuka University has approved the resumption of the 2020/2021 Academic session as follows:

activities in the semester.

12/04/2021– 17/04/2021 – Registration and Orientation of Y1S1 students (April 2021 intake)

15/04/2021- 17/04/2021 –

Registration of all continuing students Y1S2 – Y3S2 plus
Postgraduate, Evening and all Diploma and Certificates except
Y2S1 (2020 intake – to report on 20th July, 2021 )

19/04/2021 –

Lectures for all programmes Y1S1 – Y3S2, plus Postgraduate,
Evening and all Diploma and Certificates commences

03/05/2021 – 07/05/2021 – CAT 1 and moderation of examinations by external examiners

03/05/2021 – 05/05/2021 – Resits / Special examinations

10/05/2021 – 14/05/2021 –

Moderated examination drafts to be handed in for typing and final preparations.
Processing of CAT II (setting/photocopying)

15/05/2021 – 28/06/2021 –

Typing, Proofreading & Production/Packaging of Examinations

24/07/2021 – 05/10/2021 (Weekend) – Lectures for SSP/Part Time/School Based/Work Based continues

19/07/2021 – 21/07/2021 – Registration and Orientation of Y1S1 students (July 2021 intake)

20/07/2021-21/07/2021 – Registration of all continuing students Y1S2 to Y4S1/Evening/Weekend/Diploma, Certificates and Postgraduates.

22/07/2021 – Lectures for all programmes starts

NB:

● CATs for April 2021 – June/July 2021 SSP/PT/SB/WB Programmes will continue up to the last consultation day (09/07/2021-11/07/2021).
● This is a tight schedule and therefore let us co-operate and utilize every available minute to cover the work as per our course outlines.
● All courses will be given one extra hour per week to create 4 weeks within the semester, utilize all the available time to make this a reality.
