Bambini Montessori School located in Hurlingham, Nairobi.

Bambini Montessori provides your child with a prepared environment, the right tools and guided freedom to explore and learn holistically. We personally take a wholesome approach while engaging with an individual child. Our qualified teachers provide guidance, support and encouragement as the child grows safely towards self-direction and self-control. We offer and apply the whole range of materials and methods developed by Dr. Maria Montessori.

Activities of Every Day Living

These fun activities bridge the gap between home and school: ‘a home away from home. Child: “I am free to play and have fun while gaining independence in day to day activities”

Culture

Introduction to geography, biology, science and timeline. Child: I am able to discover much more about my environment and responsibility towards the universe.

P.E

Ample space with freedom of movement which enhance both gross skills. Child: It’s fun to run around and kick the ball!!

Creativity

Art, role play, music and dance. Child: Am happy to express myself through art and role play and learn to appreciate other cultures.

Mathematics

Activities that help discover simple to complex abstract concepts using concrete materials. Child: It’s fun to explore different shapes. I can count, add, subtract, multiply and divide items of my choice. And I like fraction!!!

Language

Fun activities to kick start the long road to future reading and writing. Child: I write before writing! I can build and read words and also exercise my hand for future writing.

Sensorial

Fun activities that will help me isolate stimuli and refine different senses. Child: “I am free to explore with dimensions, colours, shapes, sounds, weight, taste, texture and more!”
